Amazing staff and service This is my first apartment and I am so happy with this being the apartment I chose! The staff is so friendly and any problem I have I feel I am able to vocalize it. They also have really fun events that they hold to allow residents to mingle! We just had a wine and paint event and it was very COVID friendly. They are a great staff to have on hand!
Austin creek Staff sucks and they change out every 2 months so they never know who you are or know what’s going on. Maintenance has severely declined in the past 6 months. Only one dumpster so trash blows in the parking lot. It is quiet and safe if you can deal with the other things
Satisfied tenant The neighborhood is nice and quite. The staff is courteous and friendly. I would definitely recommend living here.
was wishing I could give 0 stars but I was forced to do one I am disappointed in the new management there after a shoot out one resident had with the police (mind you this is supposed to be a secure place to live) I decided to no longer reside there my lease was up at the end of the month so I didn't see a big deal they called me every day to convince me to stay. And when I refused they told me even though my lease was up I still had to pay next month's rent I agreed even though it was unfair. Signed my papers and moved on w... read more
