I think these guys are out of business. All calls automatically go to machine which asks to book an appointment from their website. I did that. Got email and text reminders of the appointment from Benjamin Chapman everyday until the day of and then no one showed up. I wasted my day trying to be at home for this appointment. Calling them does not help because I got the machine again.
Not sure what services they actually provide. We took the time to schedule online and block our Friday to have someone stop by and assess our space for a wall bed, as shown on the website. We received a cancellation email the night before saying they no longer provide murphy beds or cabinets, which is really disappointing considering that we have a few custom jobs we want to install. Overall a frustrating experience.
I highly recommend and couldn’t be happier with Austin Closet Solutions! Mark designed and his team installed two closets in my home. Mark was professional, detail oriented, timely and courteous. He created the space I wanted on the budget I had. The installation team was friendly, efficient, and their work was excellent. I still am amazed with the enormous amount of storage I have in my guest room and office/playroom closets. Thank you!!!
Dealing w Austin Closet Designs was seamless! They did an excellent job of designing our new closet, bringing us additional shelves, and the gentlemen who handled the installation were kind, polite, cleaned up after themselves, and very accommodating. I got 3 bids, and they were way less than Container Store, but about the same price as the other closet design place. I’m glad I chose Austin Closet Designs. I love my new closet!!
We recently worked with Austin Closet Solutions for an overhaul of our master bedroom closet. We were set to move into our new home in three weeks and Mark was able to get the job done in time for our move. With very little support and an ask to move quickly, I'm still quite amazed on how well Mark designed our closet to perfectly suit our needs. The install team was professional, courteous, detailed, and clearly cared about the work they were doing. I'd highly recommend Mark and his team for your closet needs.
