RecommendedIt’s the best place in Kentucky , I have a lot of memories there, all the way back to 1983 and one day my dad came home and he had no idea how much I went there the years prior , Jack Goble, my dad came home and said I bought Austin City from Gary and Kath Paxton , I’m not sure how you spell their last name , when I got to AustinCity that day I went down to the office and there were all these boxes of picture of everyone I used to come there with , those were the days . Austin City is a cool venue that has become a stepping stone for some of the biggest artists in country music.
It was so awesome and so much fun
If you’re looking for a bar that welcomes you like they’ve known you your whole life. This is it. Wether it’s a Thursday night with a smaller crowd, but amazing music. Or a Friday/Saturday that’s packed. The bartenders and owners will make you feel like you’re at your hometown bar. Doesn’t matter if you’re from here, a few counties over, or a couple states over.
