Teller was eager to close up ( arrived an hour prior to closing) Not friendly in the slightest to me or anyone who called on the phone. Told me no prioritization for people homeless/ inbetween homes or for pregnant individuals & provided no further resources. Just said , "youll get a letter in the mail when your name comes up on the list". Hopefully they can call too since by the time that will happen peoples addresses will likely have changed being that people applying are in unique and unstable situations...
I got to speak to a delightfully nasty woman today when I called about getting an application for housing. Not everyone that applies for housing lives in that exact area, as waiting lists are closed all over the state, especially the Twin Cities. I have gone through every open waiting list to apply anywhere there is an opening. Most people I dealt with across Minnesota were helpful, courteous, and informative. The woman I dealt with today was far from it.
