I have used this company consistently for several years now and today is the last day I will use them. Our ride apparently showed up 32 minutes after our pick up time and I had already taken another ride. They claim to be open 24 hours a day yet no one answers the phone. They then send you a text and don't respond to that either. Customer service is lacking all the way to the top. Rented a Mercedes Sprinter van for my bachelor party, what a great experience! Simon , our chauffeur, was very professional and took us to all the great spots in Austin! I highly recommend them for your transportation needs, thanks for the memories Austin Choice Limo!

I use Austin Choice Limo for my corporate travel and must say the black cars on their fleet are beautiful and well kept. Their chauffeurs are also very professional and are knowledgeable of the Austin area. We are hosting an event in Austin early February and without a doubt I’ll be reaching out to them to coordinate our airport transport and shuttle bus services.
