Wow, this place has such delicious fried chicken. We got the original flavour and soy flavor, as well as an order of the fried cheese balls. Firstly, the chicken was so flavourful and perfectly fried. The cheese bowl was so fresh, chewy, deliciously rich. The pricing here is good as well. I would definitely come back.
The original fried chicken was perfectly crispy, while the seasoned chicken had a clean, flavorful kick without being overly sticky or heavy with sauce. The chicken pieces were just the right size, and the price offered great value for the quality. I ordered takeout and was genuinely impressed. Everything tasted fresh and satisfying, and I’ll definitely be ordering again.
In my short time on this earth I have found that chicken does not become flavourful through osmosis. You need to do more than simply store your chicken and seasonings in the same room. You must actually put the seasonings on said chicken. Otherwise you end up with underwhelming and bland poulet (French, am i right?) I just wanted a chicken sandwich. The workers were reluctant to sell me the sandwich without the combo. The store was empty. It took 15 mins to get the sandwich. It was just chicken sauce and bun. No lettuce, tomato or anything. Kind of a fail. I always try support local, but High 5 chicken is better. Sadly.
Great chicken place. But make sure you dont order via skip or any delivery app. Prices are $4 higher if you use app. Jut order directly from their web
