I went to this place for my autism and ADHD assessment. At first, the process seemed okay, although the sessions were very spaced out. The cost is extremely high, and I expected a smoother, more timely delivery of my report. After my feedback session on April 3rd, I wasn’t told when to expect the final report. From the scheduler to the doctor, everyone was welcoming and professional. The office was very welcoming. I felt valued and cared for here.
I am a trained medical professional and have experience in the heathcare field. I was referred to ACTA and had a fantastic experience. They were clear on how the testing would go and did a very thorough job. I especially liked the follow up call after the testing to talk about the results and how they report on paper. As far as any funding issues, that is on my insurance. My insurance quoted me the wrong numbers and let me on to believe it would cost less.
