Spent two months in their intake process for neuropsychological evaluations for two children, including hours of paperwork from both parents and a paid registration fee. After all of that, they called to say the case required more diagnostic interview time than their insurance model allows. That's a screening decision that should have been made at intake, not six weeks in. I went to this place for my autism and ADHD assessment. At first, the process seemed okay, although the sessions were very spaced out. The cost is extremely high, and I expected a smoother, more timely delivery of my report. After my feedback session on April 3rd, I wasn’t told when to expect the final report. I reached out, and was told it would be 2 to 4 weeks. Now, a month has passed, and still no report. From the scheduler to the doctor, everyone was welcoming and professional. The office was very welcoming. I felt valued and cared for here.

I am a trained medical professional and have experience in the heathcare field. I was referred to ACTA and had a fantastic experience. They were clear on how the testing would go and did a very thorough job. I especially liked the follow up call after the testing to talk about the results and how they report on paper. As far as any funding issues, that is on my insurance. My insurance quoted me the wrong numbers and let me on to believe it would cost less.
