Third time trying to get appointment. I got a prerecorded Message. Trying to follow instructions to no avail ... Referral from Dr Theo.
Super happy with the assessment and final report produced by Dr. Jessica Woods and Dr. Dana Jencks. My life has improved significantly since receiving the report and following through with some of the recommendations. The testing was thorough and I felt listened to throughout the process.
