Horrible customer service. They do not know how to treat customers in pain. They think making life decisions in there office is hilarious. Erika is the worst. Don't come to this place if you can help it. Just horrible and rude!
Dr. Amin is terrific. He takes good care of me, and his staff are really nice too.
My husband had a great appointment today. I got to step in the room to see the assistant’s, doctor’s set up and microscope; as a dental assistant, I enjoy this stuff! I know that most people hate having root canals but Dr Amin can make it more enjoyable. THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE STAFF AT AUSTIN CENTER FOR ENDODONTICS!
First, don't refuse service to a patient who booked an appointment with you on a referral from their dentist. Second, if the primary dentist confirmed they have the means to pay, be patient, until the elderly person's POA has a chance to call you back and when they do, don't refuse to get on the phone with them. And third, DON'T THREATEN AN ELDERLY PATIENT WHO IS IN PAIN AND CLEARLY CONFUSED WITH CALLING THE POLICE ON THEM. Bad, bad move.
