I never opened an account with this company, yet they reported a $30 balance that dropped my credit score by 50 points. Despite my willingness to resolve the issue, every time I call, Im put on hold, redirected, and eventually the call disconnects. The lack of customer service and transparency has made it impossible to address this problem.

I reached out to this company over a year ago and sent a letter to them in reference to seeing their name on my credit report. The lady I spoke with was acting like she really could not answer any questions. I asked to speak with a supervisor and after some time the phone hung up. I would give -5 stars if I could. This company is actively reporting late payments to the credit bureaus from an account that is not mine. I opened an account with them through Credit Strong in 2022 which was always paid on time. That account has since closed and was in good standing and is reporting as such on my credit reports. The problem is that is also another account that was opened in 2017 that they are reporting to the credit bureaus under my name. I did not open the account from 2017. Austin Capital Bank and Credit Strong are a **** that does not follow ****ing laws or federal laws regarding identity theft. Two accounts were opened fraudulently I have notified **** of ******** theft as well as sent them my FTC complaint, CFPB Complaint as well as LVMPD police complaint and they are not willing to delete the fraudulent account as I was initial promised by Credit *********************** The following incident is a crime and they have the least bit of concern for victims.

I would like to date that I thought I close this account and it was kept open and now he's making negative report on my credit score and I hope that my Goodwill letter to this company through the *** and directly to them on my credit report they'll delete it because all my other accounts are going to be off my account in the next 2 months and I would like to have nothing on my credit score to start over

This bank is s bunch of frauds. I there were some accounts on my I credit report that I didn't open I. Made a police report and ftc report. This company took money from my bank account that I did not authorize and know they are saying that I owe them. This is inaccurate and fraudulent charges and i won't let this company bully me anymore didn't open these accounts and I already explained to them that I didnt open this accounti I need this deleted immediately . I won't take no for an answer I need results right now.

I obtained the credit strong repair services. I was enrolled in autopay for over 2 years and abruptly discontinued my autopay and failed to notify me then reported me to the credit bureaus for being late on my credit repair services. They are completely unethical and operate in a nefarious manner.

I obtained this credit builder loan to help improve my credit score. I could not keep up with the payments so I requested the account be closed. Now the account is negatively reporting on my credit. I sent a goodwill request that this account be removed because it is paid and closed. I received a response that the account has been verified and no changes will be made. I would not suggest anyone use this service through this company. It is not worth it!
