They rarely ever answer the phone. So I have to drive 40mils round trip to see if they have what I’m looking for. Theirs only 2 guys I like that’s aren’t lazy and will get off their butt to help you. And now today i called to see if they were open. As usual I get the answering service with no new information so I head over and they are closed with a note on the door that says closed to the public for quarantine and if have any questions to call or go online. There is a staff member who I not only dealt with in store but at this weekends expo event. VERY unfriendly and professional. Poor attitude when asking questions about the kayaks and prices. It was as if he could care less to sell a kayak and if I bought one or not. I will drive the drive to pass by ACK before purchasing from them. #lostcustomer
I ordered a battery in April and was told it would arrive before may 7th here it is August and still no battery! so I call and after 15 minutes of hold I get an answering machine this company is a joke! don't waste your time buying from them especially if you are needing something that aids with safety while you are offshore!
i love my kayak
Had a problem with a Compass that I ordered. Worked with the guys here at ACK San Antonio and they helped to resolve the problem quickly. The nice thing is that they treated me well, no run around. Got the hull traded out and back on the water.
