Unfortunately Austin Cancer Center cannot keep Drs. They do not currently have a gynecological oncologist! I was just told by the nurse to google one in another practice! I kept my specific insurance in order to continue seeing Drs. Brightwell & Ghaforri. Only to be told Dr Brightwell had left. I have not received a call to schedule follow up care despite being told I would. My care continues to fall through the cracks. Hopefully this can be remedied soon.
A. C. C. is excellent for cancer treatment. Dr. Rivera is very professional, experienced and knowledgeable. The waiting room is sometimes busy. You may need to wait a little while to see the Dr. but he spends whatever time is needed with every patient.
