Look at this mess! I should have done this a long time ago. Many thanks to a wonderful young man named David. He went out of his way to help me. Get your dryer vents cleaned by Austin Breeze. Fair price and on time service.
The tech try to upsell me show me a before picture and supposedly did the work but couldn’t show me an after picture. He seemed a little upset when I wouldn’t agree to the up sale, but his assistant David was great.
Very bad service
Excellent customer service from the initial reach out call to their departure. Austin Breeze was extremely accommodating with an appointment time that worked for me and was timely after providing a 30 minute notice. Omer was thorough and patient in explaining the issues of the duct work and providing me the treatment options. I highly recommend Austin Breeze services due their professionalism, price and services delivered.
We can’t say enough about Austin Breeze. David came out to clean our air ducts and found mold. It was deemed not to be black mold nor a severe case but nevertheless very concerning for us. David was very thorough with taking photos and in explaining the process to remedy. He did a deep cleaning and what a difference it made. David is absolutely fantastic to work with. I highly recommend Austin Breeze.
