The staff were very friendly and efficient. Dr. Cooper is very knowledgeable and explained everything in laymen's terms without talking down to me. I could tell that he had carefully looked at my test results and I was pleased that even though he is a neurosurgeon, he suggested several options to try before we consider surgery. I feel comfortable with my decision to choose him as my neurologist.

My visit at Austin Brain and Spine was top notch. The PA and the technician were exceptional. They were extremely thorough and professional with a great balance of compassion. I would highly recommend this office for anyone that has needs for brain and spine care.

Dr Cooper and his asst Terri are so kind and easy to work with. Dr cooper is so refreshing. After years of being gaslit and disregarded as just fat, Dr Cooper listens to me, goes over my imaging step by step and speaks to me without urgency and with the goal of me as a patient comprehending what he's telling me. He asks questions AND lets me ask them WITHOUT rushing me. I've never felt like I have had a dr-patient relationship like with him. He is kind and patient. So is Terri.
