My 61 year old brother in law suffered a fatal heart attack while on a fishing trip with his 22 year old son in Boone, NC. (They are from FL.) From the initial phone call through final arrangements, Austin & Barnes and specifically Jordan was polite, caring, patient, and compassionate. He was available 24/7 while we dealt with the bureaucracy of hospital policies and procedures to get the death certificate signed and initiate the cremation so my nephew could return home to Florida with this father. There is no way to explain the absolute respect, care, mercy, and love Austin & Barnes will treat you, your family, and your lost love one with. They are absolutely incredible. I have sadly had experience with multiple funeral homes over the years and none come close to the level of care Austin & Barnes provides.
