Used to love this shop now service has gone considerably down. I have gone to Austin's Automotive for about 7 years and initially I had nothing but great things to say. However this year I've taken my 2008 Toyota Avalon to the shop only to spend $700 and get it back with every light in the dashboard on. That was about 5 months ago. I've taken it back and they still can't determine why the entire dashboard has every check light on. Also I took it to the shop to get the AC fixed and they could not determine how to fix it.
