Paul and his team do an excellent job keeping me and my family safe on the road. They are awesome! I am grateful for all they do above and beyond!
They have never let me down, they stick to the schedule and estimate that they set and often the total bill has been less than the estimate. My vehicles have always been ready when I was told they would be. Very good at diagnostic and troubleshooting.
My truck left me walking, the next morning Austin Automotive towed it, found the problem and had it back to me by the end of the day. It was a simple fix, and I'm SO PLEASED, not only did they get it back to me quickly, but they were COMPLETELY honest about the problem. Never did they talk to me like a "dumb girl" or overcharge me because of my lack of automotive knowledge. Love them!
