I've been going to Auto Techs for a few years now and they always provide excellent service. Today I dropped my car off for a service I didn't realize had already been done. The service would've cost me around $500. Mike called me to let me know shortly after I dropped it off. Although everyone should operate this way, I have to commend Mike and the Auto Tech staff for their integrity. ORIGINAL: I've been a customer for nearly 7 years. UPDATE: It's now 15 years! I have long trusted this group to give honest information and make repairs correctly, or make them right. I had my Subaru Outback with them for 8+ years and now my Toyota C-HR for 5+ years -- both maintained and repaired. I feel comfortable going in, reporting a concern and having them give an honest answer and repair that actually pans out well.
