My experience with Austin Auditory Specialists has been excellent from the time of my first scheduling effort to the front desk greeting and care through the detailed conversation with Dr Jennifer and her knowledge advice and support. I have one remaining visit scheduled and I anticipate that it will be as positive as my past visits.
I want to give a special shout-out to Audiologist Jennifer Sowards. I had a hearing test with her, and it was the most thorough and professional test I've had in many years. We had a very good discussion in her office about my hearing and followed up with several emails discussing my options for which aids would work best for my hearing and my lifestyle. For anyone choosing Austin Auditory for their hearing issues, I highly recommend Ms. Sowards.
