My HOA hired Kenny and his crew to install speed humps in our neighborhood. We were unsure of dimensions so we deferred to Kenny on that. They ended up being too narrow for our needs upon installation. I pointed this out to Kenny. He quickly and without complaint returned to fix them. And they're absolutely perfect now. I would have given him 6 stars if possible. I appreciated his professionalism and timeliness in every step of the process.
Buyer beware! The pricing and end-product material estimation and delivery is totally contrary to Industry standards. When you are priced and sign a contract with Kenny for 3 inch thick asphalt, you're only getting 3 inches of loose asphalt out the back of the truck. Once it is rolled and compacted you only have 2.25 inches of asphalt. That is not how it is done in the asphalt industry. Depth of asphalt it's always referred to in its compacted state! Kenny and the crew worked very hard for 2 days and finished my long drive, parking area in front of my garage and my entire front area and parking pad. It is beautiful!
Kenny & his crew are 10/10. These guys rolled up, turned our disastrous dirt mess into a buttery smooth masterpiece, and now I slow down when pulling into my own house just to admire it. Pretty sure my driveway is now the nicest thing I own. Thanks guys!
Kenny and Crew were outstanding. I couldn't believe what they did in a day. They don't sacrifice quality to rush through the job, they just have great efficiency. Everyone was nice and they went the extra mile. I would highly recommend them if your looking for asphalt. Fair price great outcome.
