I had two surgeries with this group providing anesthesia. One doctor was fine, the other was great. The billing staff are awful. They won't listen and they repeat the same thing despite repeated requests to stop. They take weeks and weeks to submit to insurance. Then they take weeks and weeks to bill the patient. I have pestered them, so I have not gone to collections (yet). We should all ask our doctors to stop using this group.
