Highly recommend Austin Air. First Robert, and now Nick, were very professional, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I’ve tried other HVAC firms and I believe Austin has the best integrity and skillset in Charleston to keep my HVAC system in great shape.
Today Nick repaired my air conditioner. He was professional, courteous, and methodical. He took his time explaining things to me in terms I could understand. He also informed me about the refrigerant so I could have a better understanding about things to watch for and question when my next service is done. He was excellent and I highly recommend him.
