I have never been so disappointed in a companies billing system. Be very very careful. They will try to bill you for things you’ve already paid for and are included in your service contacted. Then they threaten to sue you even though you’ve already paid and attempted to resolve the issue for over a year with zero response. This company came highly recommended by a family member and unfortunately, both of us had horrible communication issues with them and were both billed for things incorrectly and forced to choose another HV... read more
