I first called Austin Air because a neighbor had an excellent experience with them after trying four other companies who could not figure out her HVAC problem. I began regular maintenance with them and then needed diagnostic service, replacement, and follow up. In ALL cases, Austin Air technicians have been pleasant to work with, have arrived on time or early, have respected my property, and have done excellent work. The office team is very responsive pleasant and scheduling has been easy. Highest recommendation!
Just had our maintenance check with Austin Air. This is the second year we have a maintenance contract and we are extremely satisfied. Nick is great! He is very knowledgeable and explained everything to us and answered all our questions. We highly recommend!
