My home has been having cooling issues since I got it. It was built in 2022 and installed by Austin Air. Not thinking anything of it, I filed warranty claims, twice, due to the system struggling to cool. I inspected and had them repair a large gap and tear in the air handler into the attic, and elected to have Austin Air service it as well. I would stay away from this company for at least 6-12 months. They just merged with the company I used for years. No where near the service or organization. I called to schedule biannual maintenance. 1st available date was 4 weeks out. But then that same day they sent out a tech for a "No Cool". I didn't ask for that. My A/C is fine. Then on my scheduled maintenance day, no tech showed up. I called them for a refund of my prepaid maintenance after these two screw ups, they said they would do some research and call me back. Pros: - Guy was friendly Cons: - Small charge for inspection ($99) leading to big charge for simple service (15 min for $200+) - There was no fix, but the guy wasted time talking for 30-60 min saying things that were mostly nonsense.
