We had them come out to take a look at our hvac unit. The technician was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient with all of our questions. The person who took our appointment over the phone was also extremely helpful. Prices were reasonable as well. Would recommend giving them a call if you are have hvac needs.

When we bought our house 11 years ago, we learned Austin Air were the folks who installed our system. Over the years I've had cause to call a repairperson a couple of times for run of the mill stuff but all-in-all, for a bottom of the line system, getting 11 years of service in Texas is pretty damn good. Mauricio saved me with fast service and fixing the mistake I made while trying to clean my unit! Also shout out to Ricardo for an appointment a few weeks ago replacing a capacitor in one of my units! Austin AC installed all the units in my home and has always been great about service whenever needed. They’re a great team. Highly recommend.
