Very poor service. Paid for them to come diagnosis the problem, they got the diagnosis wrong, took the money, and ultimately the problem persist and imm down $300. Their response, "These things happen." Total waste of time and money...highly discourage use of this company. If the "professional" would have clearly communicated that the thermostat was most likely the issue, we would have opted to just invest in a new thermostat. I highly recommend Ray. We had many issues with the zoning in a house we moved into about a year ago. I called many different major HVAC repair companies numerous times for a solution. Each one would have a different answer to the problems we were having without ever listening to us or spending more than 15min investigating.
