Just singing praises once again for my Austin Air HealthMate + Plus HM450. Air quality is at 11/11 with fire smoke but my 2 filters are keeping the indoor air quality safe. I have MCS, and these treasures are a life saver. The machines are actually over 25 years old, with new filters every 5 years. Austin Air has improved the filters over the years while still allowing them to fit in our original machines. Such a treat! Truly a life saver for me.
After hours of research I recently purchased an Austin Air Health Mate. Mani (sales) was helpful from start to finish. The product appeared was high quality and easy to position due to the wheels mounted at the base. I moved shortly after the purchase and a return was graciously accommodated. If you are needing fresh air and have an enclosed space this might be the product for you.
Bought 3 units and my Rep Josh Pascoe was at my door in Kitchener in under 40 mins to deliver personally. It takes longer for me to get pizza delivered! Josh's commitment to the brand is special and it shows these guys care. Great experience and would recommend Austin Air to anyone looking for air purifiers for medical or residential settings.
A few years ago, during the BC wildfires, we found it very difficult to breath especially at night while trying to sleep. We tried Austin Air purifier and instantly experienced a difference in our air quality. Since then we use our Austin Air daily. Our air quality is significantly improved in all seasons - dust/pollen, wood stove smoke, all irritants. We wouldn’t be without it. Thank you👍
