DO NOT BOOK. Terrible experience. I called Saturday confirming I could book via classpass for a Sunday appointment. They confirmed and I did so. On Sunday, nobody shows up and I can’t get in touch with the business for 25minutes through any channel. They finally call me back and just say they don’t have me in their system and offer no support nor are empathetic to the wasted time and canceled appt. Great experience with justin. I hate needles but justin made it painless
Was about to come same day. Helped me feel so much better and felt like I was just hanging out with a friend at the same time. Definitely will be a reoccurring client and sending to my friends!
Justin was very professional and thorough! I went to him for microneedling with PRP and he talked me through the entire process and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. He also dedicated extra time to my problem areas. Wonderful experience and I cannot wait to see the results! Could not recommend him enough!
