overcharged for r410a----65 dollars a pound and i called around and found it for 20 to 40 dollars at several other ac companies.
First experience: They sold and installed a new HVAC in my home. Good product, poor installation. They had to come back twice to get it right. I needed a check up/ service and they set an appointment and then when they no-showed they said it had been crossed off by someone in the office. They did make it the next day though. I set a time for service on another house and traveled to meet them at the appointment time.
