Pretty disappointed with David. Thought I had a great start to a project with him. He came out and discussed my upcoming project with me. There were red flags as he consistently bashed every other contractor, client and builder. He seems like he knows a ton and I’m sure he does. The problem is when the measly $250 was due for his initial site visit. I paid it the following day and he didn’t see it post.
