These people are THE WORST especially at Bayshore Outlook. When you call they never respond and there is a very impolite big guy with British accent there, who is absolutely rude and awful. He needs to learn how to behave. And the Leasing agent who is never available. You are awful people. You are never good to your clients. I had a very disappointing experience with Austville Properties while trying to rent at Chancellor Court. The staff are extremely unprofessional, unresponsive, and at times downright disrespectful. I scheduled a viewing with a leasing agent (first name: Haylee) who not only showed up at the wrong time but then blocked my number after I asked to reschedule. Completely unacceptable behaviour. No, they are certainly not what they advertise to be. Their claim to care about tenants is just propaganda. Except that maybe ten years ago this was the case because that is how long I've been a tenant, but in the last two years things have gone down significantly and i am definitely re-considering my stay given that the rental market is softening.
