I had a very disappointing experience with Austville Properties while trying to rent at Chancellor Court. The staff are extremely unprofessional, unresponsive, and at times downright disrespectful. No, they are certainly not what they advertise to be. Their claim to care about tenants is just propaganda. Except that maybe ten years ago this was the case because that is how long I've been a tenant, but in the last two years things have gone down significantly and i am definitely re-considering my stay given that the rental market is softening. I have been a resident of Brentwood Tower for about 6 month. Now I have to come back to my country and unfortunately I have to leave this beautiful tower. I want to say that honorable manager of Tower 2, Mr. Joe, is a very nice manager and responsible individual.
