The Austest rep was excellent. He reviewed the situation and worked methodically through what was happening to cause the damp and advised how the water should flow. He made recommendations which I have started to make and the damp is already drying out. First step to bitumen seal the tops of exterior tile skirting, a few more fixes to do.

the best at finding leaks
After a really high water bill I called a plumber who could not find any leaks in the house. I was really stressed out because I was told it was under the driveway. I called a couple leak detection companies that said its really hard to find the leak being it was a poly pipe. I was recommended by a friend to call Corey, It was the best thing I did he was on time, professional and pin pointed the leak over a 30 metre driveway to a 300 by 300 mm dig point. Thanks again.
