My indoor AC unit has been leaking but after calling Austech and speaking with Kelly, it was determined to be a plumbing issue. She was incredibly helpful and it was consoling to be able to talk to someone who knows her stuff and genuinely wanted to help. Just had a wonderful experience with my aircons being fixed and serviced by Scott. Quick, efficient and highly affordable. Will definitely be using them again to get my air-cons serviced more regularly. Fixed a leaking aircon in my study + serviced 3 other aircons. I am now able to enjoy to working from home in comfort.
Austech relocated my aircon. It was not an easy job but these 3 young men got stuck into it and did a super professional job. Very polite and well mannered. Highly recommended.
These guys are the real deal. So responsive. The young techs are very polite & so respectful when they were in our home. The kind of service you expect but seldom get but with these guys you get the service. Had other companies look at our system only to tell us within a couple of minutes that its old & needs total replacement, without even opening anything or looking for any faults.These guys replaced 2 parts & we are set for summer. Was prepared to pay over 3k but there charges weren't even close to half of that. So happy ... read more
