Good company for someone established in a craft. However, if you start out as a Trade Assistant, it is hard to move up. Four and a half years without a promotion. Management does not care to advance people unless you are a major suck up.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever worked for. Use you up, throw you away. Low quality craftsmen , trying to build a high quality product. If it wasn't for re work they wouldn't have work. Waste of taxpayers money.
