Fantastic to deal with, great price, great service. We recently picked up our van and absolutely love it . Salman was easy to deal with and went out of his way to make sure we were happy customers.
I visited this shop today (Sunday, August 4) because Google listed it as open. However, when I arrived, the shop was closed. It was quite inconvenient and disappointing as I had planned my visit around the listed hours. Professionalism starts with reliable data that does not misinform customers.
Aussie Land RV are such a beautiful company! Salman was a delight to speak with and so accomodating. They helped us to get a new van in record time. Our caravan is stunning. We are so grateful to Salman and his team for creating our perfect family caravan ❤️
Since we have had our Aussie Land Rambler, we have had a few very small issues (water pressure restrictor, tv antenna and a faulty cupboard latch. I have contacted Salman and without any hesitation, he has arranged for local people to rectify the issues. I’m away in northern NSW for 6 months and to have these issues fixed is nothing short of excellent customer service.
