Seems like there is a common trend among reviews and I couldn’t agree more. JESSICA, the manager, is fantastic. Even though I only needed a unit for a short period of time, there was absolutely no lacking in customer service. She found something perfect for me, went above and beyond to make my experience as easy as possible, and she handled any issues/concerns swiftly and gracefully. This is the only storage facility I’ve ever written a review for, but trust me, it’s for good reason. I wish there was an option for 7 stars.
