Well,so my dog hates the haircut and vet visit we had to have less then 24 hours after his clip . Not only did they clip his hair they took skin with it. My dog was white but now is pink!!!!! Even my Vet was upset over this !!!! Oh and not one call from the owner to see how my dog was doing. After they thought it best to put ice packs on his ears inside and outside from taking all the hair off in places! I also had to take time off from work to get my baby taking care of. Kimberly came out to cut my dogs’ nails. One of my dogs has a lot of anxiety when it comes to getting his nails done. My other dog had to be sedated by the veterinarian in order to have his nails clipped the last time we had his nails done. Kimberly was able to successfully dremel both of my dogs’ nails with NO issues. She was fast, effective, sweet and confident when she handled my dogs.
