I've been dealing with Aussie Off-road Brisbane (Coopers Plains) for years now. I've found the team to be a pleasure to deal with, and their products & workmanship to be of the highest standard. If you're setting up your vehicle for getting out to see more of our beautiful country, get down to speak with them. They'll get you sorted so you'll be able to do it comfortably & safely.
Got parts for 4x4 from them Idler arm and inner/outer tie rod ends didn’t fit , got a story idler arm should fit. . Sent repeat photos showing that it did not fit, was told a partial refund , was being worked on. Nothing done , never had a phone call after a number of attempts, emails no replies. Asked for a return address to send parts back. Still no response,
Had a bullbar fitted,happy with product but the finish cosmetically was poor. Front number plate damaged , grill not secured correctly washer bottle mount not fitted properly as well as wiring being a disgrace.Would not recommend.
Great service & prices
Products are good, well built and look great. Perfect fit. Except for the parking sensor extendions, I was able to modify them to work but no email reply from Customer service about this. But the instructions are whatever you can find yourself on YouTube, so you better know what you're doing if installingat home. Customer service via email is slow, that's if they even reply.
