Update 08/04/2024 Took possession of the house mid December. Still awaiting all repairs to the house from trades in April. I am unable to use my ensuite shower due to tile chips. The shower screen is still sitting in my master bedroom. The whole house still covered in blue mark up tape. Constantly following up staff to get it done. Completely useless, so much for high quality, 3 years into the build and still not reached PCI, I’ve had 3 lots of friends start building after me with different companies, they’ve been living in their homes for 11 months+. 3 building supervisors, just had the latest one come out to inspect didn’t even have a list of all issues previously listed I had to walk around and show him the dodgy works!! I want to offer a brief detail of our experience with aussie living. We built during the pandemic so accepted delays, material shortages ect. What's really disappointing is the service post covid, it's nearly 2 years since our build finished and I'm done chasing them to finalise maintenance and PCI issues. We still don't have the right toilet roll holders, bathrooms still don't have silicon in some spots (and theres now mould in other parts because of poor quality silicon seals) and I had to fight to get them to come out and... read more
