This is the worst lash place ever! The customer service is super arrogant and will not try to work with you, and on top of that they take forever to do a normal fill. Last week was the 2nd time they charged me more than was agreed upon so please be warned about this place! I went in for a normal fill and told them on the phone (3 times to be clear) that I don’t need a full set nor do I like my lashes too full so they said ok but wrote my appointment still down as a full set (like wtf ?!?), and then they tried to blame me th... read more
