Monique is not the most competent or knowledgeable. She doesn't seem to be up to date with bank policy changes either. She had also been very pushy and making one particular bank my only option which gave me the ick. I was then later told by her I wont get a loan by that bank because there was a "change of policy" and I was already 7 days into my finance clause and building & pest had been completed. I asked her to look into other banks for options and she said she had rung "everyone on her panel". It seems she may not have ... read more
