Aussie vs Assault Runner I have been using an Assault Fitness Pro treadmill for 3 years at our local gym, due life changes I haven't been able to get the gym as much as I could in the past. Maybe Ill write a better review if I ever get my treadmill! Ordered it 12/2/25 and its 3/3/26! They are telling me it will be at soonest April and thats only if my treadmill was one of the lucky ones ordered in that shipment! Anyone else had this long of a delay?!
I am reviewing the customer service on this since I haven't got the runner yet. I ordered and followed up with the predicted ordering time. Adena in Customer Service replied within a few hours (not bad considering I am on EST and she is on PST). She was very professional and helpful. I had ordered a different companies runner in Nov of 2025 and told shipping in a week. This led to mid December to mid January. I asked what the update was and they never responded. I've used the Aussie runner for three years now, and it's been a great tool for our home gym. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a runner. even after years of ownership, they stand by their product, and that says a lot after multiple years of use!
The treadmill itself once all put together seems to be a good quality machine and works well. However, I am going to be cleaning up the mess from assembly for months. During assembly when putting on the arms a TON of black sand (from the powder coating) fell out of the arms and is everywhere. Absolutely annoying. Assembly could be better as well, some of the screws/bolts you are instructed to use on the front skirts don't fit. The instruction video is also outdate it seems.
