I am reviewing the customer service on this since I haven't got the runner yet. I ordered and followed up with the predicted ordering time. Adena in Customer Service replied within a few hours (not bad considering I am on EST and she is on PST). She was very professional and helpful. I had ordered a different companies runner in Nov of 2025 and told shipping in a week. This led to mid December to mid January. I asked what the update was and they never responded. I've used the Aussie runner for three years now, and it's been a great tool for our home gym. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a runner. even after years of ownership, they stand by their product, and that says a lot after multiple years of use!
The treadmill itself once all put together seems to be a good quality machine and works well. However, I am going to be cleaning up the mess from assembly for months. During assembly when putting on the arms a TON of black sand (from the powder coating) fell out of the arms and is everywhere. Absolutely annoying. Assembly could be better as well, some of the screws/bolts you are instructed to use on the front skirts don't fit. The instruction video is also outdate it seems.
