5 stars to the manager/owner of Warragul Aussie Disposals and how he provided an instant replacement for a small suitcase/cabin case that I purchased a few months ago that developed a jamming problem with its telescopic handle. I returned the case under warranty expecting it to be sent away for some time to be repaired I was very pleasantly surprised and happy to be offered an instant replacement! Well done! I have also always found the staff to be very friendly, helpful and accommodating! Thank you
What a wonderland of a shop, full of all the necessaries for an outdoor lifestyle and adventure! We were helped both on the phone and in the shop by a delightful family, with grace and enthusiasm. I needed warm socks of a certain thickness - the range of socks was substantial! And we also needed very large gumboots (size13/14) available in a few styles. We both came away with exactly what we needed. Definitely worth the drive up from the city!
