We originally had a fancy letter box from Aussie Clotheslines which was destroyed by a felled tree during a freak storm in Ellenbrook. No other damage, just the letterbox. Spoke to Dylan on a Friday and had a new letterbox installed on the following Monday. They didnt have our replacement in stock so Dylan suggested a similar and bigger parcel pillar box the same colour which we purchased. We gad an issue with a letterbox we purchased. The issue was in no way the fault of Aussie clotheslines but they have been amazing helping us with the replacement. Nice guys. Great service.
If you are in the search for clothes lines, talk to these guys. They will go the extra mile to ensure you are satisfied with their service. Not only they did a great job, but also super friendly staff.
We purchased a wall mounted clothesline and requested the installation option. The job was done within a week. The installer called the day before install was due and confirmed he would be here at 8am. Turned up exactly on 8am. Great quality install, left the space clean and cleared away the left over packaging and took it offsite. Simple job - but very well done from start to finish.
