I just wanted to do a shout-out to John. I am quite mechanically minded. But, having moved from Sydney to Gold Coast - I didn't have any local contacts. I literally read other google reviews and thought, "I may as well give John a chance." I'm glad I did. He is so easy to deal with. Nothing is ever any trouble - and he is incredibly knowledgeable (as I said, I know a fair bit, especially as I used ot install AC ducted systems in houses), but John is next level when it comes to car AC. I was recommended the services of John by my trusted mechanic and after reading many positive reviews I knew I would be in good hands. John came to check and re-gas our Mazda and his workmanship, reliability, pleasant nature and communication cannot be faulted. He even noted down & took photo for me of some previous damage he saw of concern when removing & reinstalling parts to get the new A/C completed for us. This was not related to the A/C but I can now follow up with my insurance about. He was very thorough with his work... read more
