This is just one of those places where everyone is so warm, caring , thoughtful, and professional . I can't say enough about them .
This place is awesome!! It's a great feeling to know that the staff cares as much as we do for our pets.
We have had nothing but excellent care from Dr. Machado and Staff - Our 10yr. old Terrier mix used to shade and shed so much at our other vet I swear there was more hair on the floor than on her by the time we left. She loves Dr. Machado. All's we have to say is "Do you want to go to Dr. Machado's house and the tail wags and she goes to the gate. Excellent atmosphere for all.
Aussie has blessed our family more than you can Imagine. Thanks to them our dog Izzie survived Parvo AND a serious life threatening bacterial infection in her gut. This required surgery. Throughout the process we were constantly reassured. Communication with the Doc was beyond what we expected. They put the care and health ahead of profits. Profit is good and neccessary when you run a business no doubt, but their passion for animals is what clearly drives them. We owe Izzie's life to Aussie. Thank you so much!
I've been with them for close to 20 yrs, as have both my grown daughters. This makes over 10 dogs and cats living and over the rainbow. No set of professionals have ever been so compassionate to both animal and owner. Most remarkable have been the times they've helped me when I've rescued a dig from the streets and they've been generous with their know how and their costs as long as I fostered and found them a FUREVER home. My 3 dogs and my family are very blessed to have found the best care for our dogs. Dr. Machado is not only a great doctor but an amazing human being. He truly cares for the well being of the animals. He has saved my oldest dog life 3 times. My chihuahua is 13 years old and 7 pounds and have gone through 3 surgeries were he had stones removed from his gallbladder.
