Picked up a coffee machine and grinder from Auspresso last week, Calvin and Jonathan were very welcoming and had everything ready for me to take home. There was a minor issue with the machine with a valve sticking (not of any fault of Auspresso), but I took it back in Monday morning and Calvin had it straight out to the service area, identified the issue and had it working perfectly within half an hour.
