Picked up a coffee machine and grinder from Auspresso last week, Calvin and Jonathan were very welcoming and had everything ready for me to take home. There was a minor issue with the machine with a valve sticking (not of any fault of Auspresso), but I took it back in Monday morning and Calvin had it straight out to the service area, identified the issue and had it working perfectly within half an hour. What a good find. This will be my go to coffee hardware shop. I bought a coffee grinder there today. Was going to get it from a online retailer but I wanted to talk to someone knowledgeable who would give me advise. The advise has value to me. The lady who helped me was kind, helpful and took the time to answer my questions and at no point tried to sell me anything.
