Really nice staff, walk in drop off, good work on the couple of times I've been here so far
A five star company. Sonia and Calvin went out of their way to make sure we knew the ins and outs of our needs and the way that the machine would suit our needs. If you're looking to buy a great coffe machine, this is the place to go. Thank you so much
I wish I could give a 6 rating! This place is great. Sonia and Calvin were amazing. Straight up chatting honestly over coffee. Communication was great and all the staff are friendly! Excited about my new ECM machine and grinder. Now I just need to learn to make great coffee. So excited thanks again Auspresso! 😁
Had a problem with my Rancilio coffee machine so I brought it for the repair. Got it back in better condition than when it was brand new! Great service, excellent workmanship, and really professional. Couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommended!
Great price with even better service, I had an issue with my machine, I let them know and even though it was right on 5:00pm Sonia replied to me and engaged with me ( well past 5:00pm) even though I said the following day would be fine. She helped me resolve the issue which was a me issue not a product fault. Highly recommended!
