Very disappointing experience. They seem far more interested in making money than helping customers. I was quoted $550 for a rocker cover valve replacement, even though the part itself costs around $60. On top of that, I was charged $157 for the inspection and then asked to pay another $100 for a re-inspection. The pricing felt excessive and unjustified. I left with the impression that they were looking for every opportunity to charge extra rather than provide fair and honest service. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Booked a mobile onsite roadworthy, initial contact and prompt response was beyond amazing. Answered all my questions thoroughly. Assessor by the name of Angel was on time, very approachable with a professional and happy mannerism. The respect Angel had towards myself being a customer, was exceptional and his customer service was superior. If I could give a 6 star rating I would. 100% recommend.
