So they say e the had a piece of trim in stock 3 weeks later I ask for a eta they say d 2 weeks I said false advertising they refunded my money even tho I didn't request that I've spent a lot of money threw them to make the assumption to cancel my order is just wrong

In 4 Days, it will be TWO MONTHS since I placed a very simple Order with Ausley's - A set of Front and Rear Bumper Guard Brackets. Salesman had no problem taking my Order even though they were OUT OF STOCK! Start calling a week later. On Back Order. Called ever week for first Month! And then was advised they had the FRONT Ones in Stock all along but were still waiting on the Rear Ones! "Would I like for them to send just the Front ones now and the Rear ones when they arrived"? This is a Follow Up of my Review of 8/21/2020. These People are beyond incompetent! I was still waiting on my supposed Rear Set of Bumper Guard Brackets .when I called last week to check on Status. Was advised they had apparently just came in and would ship out next day. Next day I get a call from someone saying they wanted to ensure they were sending correct Parts. Said they had REAR but had been out of FRONT for 2 Months. Asked if they could Text me a Pic of what they had to compare to what I had already received 10 ... read more
