Called for an urgent appt. The morning of, they called to cancel due to staff call outs. Rescheduled for 1 wk later. Arrive for my appt only to see a sign on the door stating they were closed for 2 days due to technical issues. No courtesy call given. So now ive taken time off work 2 days only to still not be seen. Wont be rescheduling again.
I am sorry that I didn’t come here years ago. It was close to me, but I had another dentist that I went to for many years and I regret that I did not come here earlier. I had a great visit and I appreciate everything they did for me.
I have been afraid of dentist in the past. No complaints with the care for my comfort and care I received.
Prompt and professional
