She is always knowledgeable, knows my medical history and is helpful.
Dr Ausk is a wonderful provider and listens and addresses all of my concerns and explains clearly with all of the questions asked. Only negative about the clinic is very difficult to schedule an appointment in a timely matter as long wait.
Appreciated her kind and attentive attention.

Would have been nice to have a visit. My gastro retired, so made an appt. 3 months out for a screening colonoscopy with Dr. Ausk (earliest available). Two days before the procedure, received a call cancelling because "she only has 2 nurses that day." Note, this is a huge hospital system, so this excuse is dubious at best. I was offered a reschedule another 3.5 months out. Or I could drive an extra hour round trip to another location. I declined. I see on the Swedish website she now works only in Ballard (the other location).... read more
My previous GI physician retired and I asked him to refer me to a female GI, who is Dr. Ausk. I like her very much; she took the time to answer my questions and discuss nutrition regarding my UC. She is professional as well as personal. She has done one colonoscopy on me and the procedure was easier than those in the past.
She became my Gastroenterologist less than a year ago. I was very unhappy with the way I was treated by a Doctors Clinic GI. I am so glad I made the switch. She is remarkably attentive and listens closely. I have recommended her to a few people already.
