I am new to the area . I Have wondered why people were a little off in West Branch. I myself have Anxiety, Depression Etc . After having an appointment here for evaluation . I am not sick enough . Witch leads me back to why people are off around here they take no one!!! only the Extreme cases . witch is sad for the area . there is no were else to go if you live in West Branch . They kick you back to the local doctors and they do not want to deal with Mental Health they refer you back or someone were else . Very Sad ..
The staff all showed a great deal of compassion and helped us through some of the darkest days of my life. It's a tough job, they do great work.
This agency is horrible! They don't care about the people they service and it shows. They need to be reviewed by the state because they are doing a huge disservice to the people that need their help. Most of their staff are unqualified, and rude. Find services anywhere else if you don't want to waste your time!
