Very fast and friendly. Very responsive to questions and concerns. This being the first time I’ve had any serious repairs of this nature, and also being from out of town I had many. I will say it was 100% worth the drive. He was honest straightforward and very knowledgeable that is a hard combination to find in the mechanic industry now days. I had my transmission rebuilt in my ford super duty and I have to say it works flawlessly. These guys do quality work. Took a lot of time talking with me and making sure I got what I wanted and understood the process. Also kept me up to date along the way almost every day with text message, pictures, and even a video. I will be back for any other needs and will refer all my friends.
